Fear Of the Unknown

Hello Wondering reader,

I’m going to take you on a road of contemplation. For there is no adventure in this world without fear. We go about our days consistently put in the work, but some where along the line, Fear sticks a voice in our head. Do we branch out and explore what the world has to offer or do we confine ourselves to comfort because it’s easier and less heartache.

A recent study was done, where they asked individuals who were in assisted living facilities what their biggest fear was? The common denominator, was the loss of time. See fear is a powerful thing especially when it comes to making tough decisions in life. It has the power to hold a human being completely still or take them to new heights and opportunities. Don’t let fear be the driving factor in your life  meet life and time with compassion, understanding, and a positive outlook. It’s easy to get sweeped up in the things you can not control, which creates anxiety, depression, and more. We as individuals are our own worst enemy.

So today my dear reader sit down and look at what you have accomplished and how you got to this point. Not by fear and misunderstanding but by being compassionate, hard working, driven, and ultimately a change for good. You would be surprised what the next chapter in your book can hold.

Always,
